full understanding of the local market. The franchisee needs to have the financial strength to develop the
business to its full potential in the agreed territory, local physical
resources and a dedicated management tearn. 2. Financial Conditions: Store Locations:
Tony Montana stores are located in cities with at least 100.000 inhabitants,
in highly commercial streets or malls. The sales surface area must be no
less than 200 m2 for women or men store and for mix store 400 m2 net.
The stockroom must be 15% of sales surface.
3.Investment:
An entry fee which is dependant on the market potential.
The store investment varies from country to country but is approximately
650 euro/m2 (not including public works)
The 3% of franchisee turnover to be invested on local advertising
actions.
